While every situation is unique, we want to give you as much information upfront as we can about the cost of your pet’s care. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect:
To provide the best service possible and respect the time of all our clients, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. You can cancel by reaching out via email or text.
If the team arrives at a scheduled appointment and no one is available and no cancellation request was made, a travel fee will be charged.
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the team and dependent on circumstances.
